PPT Maker Subscription Policies
Thank you for choosing PPT Maker. Please read these policies carefully so you understand how our plans, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Declaration
Before purchasing a subscription, please review the features available on our Pricing Plan page and make sure the selected plan meets your needs. By subscribing to PPT Maker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Subscription Policies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Plans, Billing, and Credits
PPT Maker currently offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans. All prices below are in US dollars. Taxes or other charges may apply where required and will be shown during checkout.
Basic

The annual option is billed at $46 per year (equivalent to $3.9/month).
Pro
$19.9 / month
2,500 credits/month
The annual option is billed at $119 per year (equivalent to $9.9/month).
How credits work
- Credits are used when you access eligible PPT Maker AI generation features.
- Monthly credit allowances refresh each month and unused credits do not roll over to the next credit period.
- Annual plans are charged once per year, while their included credits refresh monthly during the active annual term.
- Credit costs may vary by feature, model, output type, or presentation length and are shown in the product where applicable.
- Changing, canceling, or allowing a subscription to expire does not convert unused credits into cash or a refund.
3. Automatic Renewal
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month using the payment method on file unless canceled before the next billing date. If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or the account may return to the Free plan.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are paid in one charge and automatically renew for another year unless canceled before the renewal date. The displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison only and is not a monthly payment schedule.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by contacting [email protected] from the email address associated with your PPT Maker account. Please submit the request before your next billing date to avoid renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will generally retain access to paid plan benefits until that date, after which your account will return to the Free plan. Cancellation alone does not provide a refund for the current billing period or unused credits.
5. Refund Policy
PPT Maker provides digital, immediately accessible SaaS services. Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once service access or credits have been provided.
We may review a refund request in limited circumstances when:
- a verified PPT Maker system malfunction prevented the purchased service from being delivered; or
- the request is submitted within 24 hours of the first subscription payment.
Important refund conditions
- “First payment” means the initial subscription purchase and does not include renewals, upgrades, or repurchases.
- Automatic renewal payments are not eligible under the 24-hour first-payment exception.
- Lack of use, unused credits, forgetting to cancel, or dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may request account, payment, and issue details to review the request.
To request a review, email [email protected] with your account email, payment date, order information, and a clear description of the issue. Please allow up to 48 hours for an initial response.
6. Changes to Plans or Pricing
We may update plan features, credit costs, allowances, or prices as the service evolves. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated where required. Unless otherwise stated, pricing changes apply from a future renewal and do not alter a billing period that has already been paid.
